God I hope we don't get that room in May, what was the room number. The room we had in 98 actually faced the ocean and you overlooked the tennis court but the palm trees blocked most of the view. The room we had did have a bath tub in it and the airconditioner was too cold. I wonder when they did the refurbishments if they changed the bathrooms. The colour scheme back then was greens. There was an European Manager back then and he ran a tight ship with the staff. I remember one morning our plates were not taken away quick enough and they were spoken to about it. Had a problem with our hand basin and it was repaired that day. You would expect better from the hotel re your complaints. We don't spend much time in our rooms as we like down at the pool or me shopping.
