The buffet breakfast was very good, I agree 100%.
But, the room was not up to the mark. I'll tell you why. 1) The A/C didn't cool the room properly right through our 8 night stay and nothing was done to rectify this, despite our repeated complaints.
2) The basin did'nt drain properly but this was set right after a few days of complaining. 3) The shower spurted and jerked inconsistently, often dangerously. Nothing done to rectify this despite repeated complaints. 4) No bath tub. 5) The room was of OK size, could have been larger 5) We had paid for an *ocean facing* room, we got a room facing the pool with an *ocean view*.
Yes, service, otherwise, was good at the DKP. Especially the tour desk, which was amazingly efficient. Food apart from the buffet breakfast was nothing great. Fortunately, there are lots of good restaurants in Tuban and elsewhere in Bali.
