I usually spend the whole day there...getting there about 10 ish, staying till about 7.30 pm. Depending on the tide,it is a surfing beach. If its a bit rough near the cave mouth, wait until the tide dies down its excellent swimming no waves just a huge kinda rock pool, you can snorkel,lay around on your bogie board, swim / float with a friend...plenty of warungs to grab a drink or something to eat,have a massage,etc.. early evening watch all the fishing boats cruise out on the horizon and have your camera ready for the sunset !You will love it 1
