We used this service last October. We had been seated at the back of the plane, so had alot of passengers in front of us. Half way to immigration, another plane had landed and passengers from that were merging. We were squashed in this narrow hallway just before immigration, and then we saw the signs with our names on it. They took our passports which IS a bit nerve racking, but were back in 5 minutes for us. Unbeleivably, our bags had come out, so off we went.
I can see that many factors will effect the benefit of this service, but on this day, it was great for us
