Another VIP VOA question

I am meeting my two daughters (15 and 13)in Bali and have paid for their VIP VOA
I am just a little concerned what would happen if the VIP VOA people are not their to collect them on disembarking.
I will be waiting in the arrivals hall for them.
Can anyone comment on their experiences - good or bad - with VIP VOA
