In restaurants you do not bargain. Prices are on the menu.
Some shops are fixed price. They will have price tags. At the big department stores you can't bargain but at smaller shops if you are not sure just ask if you can bargain. They will not be offended and will tell you if you can.
Definately DO NOT pay the price stated on the brochure for water sports or any tour. Do a search (on here) for the things you want to do to find a realistic price.
