Hi there and thanks for your information. Based on what I had read here, we too have booked into the Kuta Lagoon for 10 nights in September. We have decided to spend the little bit extra and get the Direct Pool access rooms as well. The idea of waking up in the morning and just hopping into the pool as if it were your own sounds just gorgeous!. Did you find that the room service menu had a good range of food and was it reasonably well priced? In the past we have stayed at the Bounty and must admit that their room service menu was excellent - great choice, excellent quality and cheap as chips. Would be keen to hear what you thought. Also, were you able to get a massage around the pool area at all?
