AA charity baggage allowance

I just phoned Australian Airlines to confirm my request had been processed for a charity baggage allowance to Bali, as we are departing in less than 2 weeks.
Well, I am not overly impressed with the response!
Extra baggage allowances are no longer accepted and you have to pay $A20.00 per kilo on amounts above 20kg.
"NOT HAPPY JAN."
You try to do the right thing - I had originally booked a Qantas flight and now I don't have any choice - they changed to an AA flight!
This will be my last trip on any Qantas affiliated airline. They are doing their best to entice me away to Air Paradise and it is working!!!
