they rang me a month before the flight to say the flight was leavinbg half an hour later (Syd-Darwin-Denp). They rang me again 3 weeks later to tell my son the flight had changed. I booked the seats seperately. That means it took them 3 weeks to get through the customers. In the end it was later again so would have missed the connection, so they offered me direct the day before or after. I told them about my sons ticket and that we would go a day earlier of course.
