They changed our return flight that was direct bali - Syd and put us through melbourne. The really annoyinh thing was that they have our number and email address but the only way we found out was when we were booking accomadation, went into the online qantas flight details to see a posting saying please contact us. gave them a call and they said sorry your FF is now going via Melb and it will take you an extra 4 hours.
How easy would it be to send me an email explaining this rather than just finding it by accident. Imagine if it was a date change.
