We just got back from the Bali Hai and we had a Kikky Suite. It is more or less the same as a superior room. (same size). The room was nice, clean and tidy but a little on the small side. It was not really a problem as we where only in the room to shower and sleep. We asked to have a look at a family suite and it looked beautiful, it was about twice the size room space and a much bigger bathroom and balcony area.
If you plan and spending time in the room or like a little more space I would go for the bigger room. If you have booked already, wait until it gets a bit closer to the time you are going and send the hotel an e-mail about an up-grade. It is usually much cheaper than doing it through the travel agent.
