We were on the ground floor (all kiddy suites are) and only about 25 steps away from the pool. Facilities are fine and the breakfast was great. Good selection of cereal, different breads for toast,6 different hot dishes(fried rices, sausages ect),fruits,yoghurt,juices,pastries and muffins. I would think the size of the room we had would be difficult with a wheelchair to get in and out as it is only a narrow passage way as you enter the room. Iwould suggest a family suite. They do have a lift too if you are on 2nd or 3rd floor.
I would go back and stay at this hotel again. All very good, clean, tidy and all staff very friendly.
