Thanks for that advice - much appreciated. I thought about opening another savings account myself and taking the card and pin number with me to hand over in April. I can deposit the money here but it can be withdrawn over there. Have you had any problems withdrawing through teller machines over there from a savings account - I know I had a problem using a debit card before over there, but no problems with a credit card.
