I had a bottle confiscated last month (of wine) you are allowed 1 ltr per person of alcohol this is regardless fo whether its spirits, wine or beer - I chose to have it confiscated rather than pay as I had no rupiah on me changed over and the money changers at the airport are a rip off - it was just a cheap wine anyway (didnt want customs to find the rest of my stash of alcohol either - as it was still more than allowed)... so be careful.
