the allowance for two people that you have described was met. As the Arak from memory is not 1 ltr... but the people in Bali will sell you anything you can take as much out as you like it is when you enter Aust that they take it or make you pay duty. The persons in front of me in the que had an underage child and they were trying to claim allowance for them and they said NO and they had to pay duty for the extra bottle of Alchole.
