Puri-Indah/Kokokan/ARMA Resort UBUD
Obviously you not in Australia and booked the above hotel with an Australian travel agent, as nobody will touch it.
General warning: The original property (Puri-Indah) was built and managed by an Australian couple that lived on site,.... a boutique Hotel that was very popular with Australians in particular and featured in all the main package holiday brochures in Australia
The Australian couple are no longer involved with the property and is now operated by the Balinese partner,...Agung Rai of Agung Rai fine art gallery in Peliatan UBUD,....and now part of the ARMA group.
The Hotel has changed its name twice since the Australian couple left, and due to numerous complaints all support from Australian tour operators has been withdrawn. this includes Qantas holiday and Garuda Orient holidays
Staff pressuring guest to visit various businesses owned by the Agung Rai family, stealing from guests, variation in room rates of upto 50%,....complaints of guests booking rooms at a rate of US$90 with one agent only to find other guests booking the same category of room at a rate of US$ 45 with another agent. tours run from the hotel at inflated prices.
When all major Australian tour operators drop a hotel from promotion you can bet they've had plenty of complaints.
I know the hotel well and would suggest you look else where.
