I've been busy so it's taken me awhile to answer - Sorry..
Cargo fees are separate to Transitainer fees.
Cargo was for 8.3cubic mtrs. This was fees from Bali's end (Ocean freight, BL, Documents, Couriers, Handling, trucking and packing).
Transitainer Fees - This end - Terminal Handling fees, Aust. Port charges, delivery order fee, and SCA fee.
And do I think I still got a bargain..NOT SURE... Probably, but I just couldn't do the customs and quarantine thing again. They were very rude and abrupt at first as I didn't use a broker. But after the third trip in, they were real nice, I think they felt sorry for me. This was our 2nd attempt of bringing things back from Bali, and I remember breaking down crying then too.
And who ever posted they paid $395 for everything included, Sorry, but how could you have possible not had to pay for customs duty? Or quarantine inspections? Transitainer fees ect...? The only way you would have done that is if a broker did the lot for you, and if so, where in the world did you find such a cheap broker? or removalist?
What type of things did you import? It must have been something easier, not like us with Water Lily..

Anyway that was an experience, I don't want to go through again.
