Hard Rock Hotel.... HELP

Can anyone advise me on what the Hard Rock Hotel is like to stay at?
I have a wonderful quote today for me and my son to stay there next year... $3150.00 ex melb... 12 days incl breakie, transfer etc..

Ok.. so the Question is... How is the kids club? whats the go?
Are they allowed there as many times as they like? or do we pay?

Im confused.. I looked on there sight and it doesnt help AT ALL!!
Any help would be greatful!
