I'm belgian myself and living in Bali, since you and your husband live in Belgium you are in one way or the other his sponsor. Please seek immediate advice with a lawyer in Belgium and explain the situation, sure you have papers of all the purchase documents so you might be able to transfer it on your name through belgian law, if your marriage is also registered in Belgium you are probabely married under th system 'scheiding van goederen' and he can't topuch your share......
