Kuta hotels

We are a goup of 4 singles looking to go to Bali in Dec.
Cannot decide among these 3 hotels
(1) Ramayana Hotel
(2) Coutyard Hotel
(3) Alam kul kul

Prices of these 3 hotels are about the same so Location will be the deciding factor.
We want to be close to the shopping area, the cafes and the beach.
Please advise!
