As you finally guessed, it happens often on this site, the people asking "How do you say this in Balinese?" really mean "in Indonesian." So this is why I assumed that FamilyHoliday's question was "in Indonesian." Like I say, Balinese do not say "good luck" as we use it in everyday conversation in English.

You write " (Modern Balinese)...influence from Dutch, Chinese, and English. What about influenced by Indonesian (which in turn is Malay)itself? Many of the written words, when one gets away from the everyday conversation, are the same as in Indonesian. Therefore the foreign words found in Indonesian are also found in Balinese.
