45 Get-Up's and then its Get-Up-And-Go to Bali, YIPEEEEEEEEEEE.
I am a Bali virgin and I am very impressed by the wealth of useful information available on this forum. I am enjoying finding out more about Bali every time I visit the forum, it is making me look forward to our holiday even more. Well done to all the contributors. Now for some questions:
1/ Does anyone have any suggestions or recommendations where to go on New Years Eve (we have 3 children with us aged 14, 9 and 7)?
2/ Trips/Excursions – Do we need to book before we get there (Elephant Safari, Rafting etc)?
3/ Driver/Car – I was going to hire a car but I have decided, after reading this Forum, to get a car and driver for the 9 days we are there. Do we need to book one in advance using the recommendations of people on here or can we find one when we get there? What is a good daily rate?
4/ Has anyone stayed in the Ocean Facing Suites at the Kartika Plaza, are they any good?
5/ Hair Braiding – My 7 year old daughter has long hair and is keen to get it braided, what is the best place? And what is a fair price?
6/ My boys (14 and 9 years old) and I are keen to go on the ATV/Quad Discovery Tour, is there more than one company that operates this type of tour and if so which is the best?
