You can go into an Internet cafe and send emails from your hotmail account and give the address to your friends, family etc to email you. Someone in the internet cafe will help you get into Hotmail and start sending messages.
Best if you go into www.hotmail.com now and set yourself up with a user name, and have a bit of a practice. You will also need to set up addresses in your address book.
