I know I can't access hotmail at work .. web based mail is blocked from here. If you aren't able to just take with you to Bali the email addresses that you will want to email and set up the account in Bali and then email everyone your new email address. Just remember when you are in internet cafes you are paying by the minute or block of minutes.
