I feel the same about the Dewi sri Hotel as you, we're eazy going people but found that staying in the wing 4 storys high ( I don't know if that is where you stayed) a real pain, drunk people yelling out all of the time at night , twice some drunk was banging on our door after midnight and tryng to get in as he thought it was his room, his's was the next floor up and they made so much noice you couldn't sleep, also with the stairs being next to your room everybody made a hell of a noice up and down the stairs,(and those shoes you were talking about)the noice they made, so I wouldn't stay there again, I think alright for the young ones but not the mature ones.
