for normal working people on an average wage in our day to day lives. But a holiday is just for a few short weeks, so if you can afford a villa for the time you're there, go for it.
My experience was nothing but positive. Peaceful quiet environment, privacy, laundry taken care of, own pool, meals if we wanted to eat in. When there is a need for meeting people or a bit of noise, if you're in a good position as we were, then nightclubs, shopping, restaurants are in walking distance.
