Lots of people have been asking me for this and I don't mind sharing it with anybody.
Many of these same people have been sending me e-mails with "none" in the e-mail subject header. If you'd like a copy, PLEASE send me an e-mail with something relevant in it (like: "Suzie/Dave Sponsor Letter"). Otherwise, there's a good chance I'll delete them before reading them, assuming they're some kind of SPAM that have got through my normal SPAM filters.
Oh - and please be a little creative with your letters, not that there's much leeway to do this with official forms. Like I've already said to many people: Keep It Simple, and relevant. Chances are, you'll be OK. (As long as you have the copies of the supporting documents for your "sponsor".)
