I have only been to Bali once it was for a month in Dec 2002 it rained but mostly at night and didn't put a dampener on our trip yes it's hot and humid but for me thats part of the whole package... getting off the plane and stepping into the strange smells and sights of Bali with heat and humidity to add to the intensity of it all was just magic it really just adds to the atmosphere of being in a different country, the only down side I can think of is that the beaches are really filthy but for me if Dec is the only time you can get away then go because it really is a magic place and you will love it.
