Nightlife for "more mature" ladies

Where can we go for drinks, music, dancing & a good atmosphere. Not interested in bars that will be packed with drunken 18 yr olds dancing to house music. Went to Bali Rock a few years ago and that's pretty much the sort of place we enjoyed. Is there anywhere else like that out there ??
