Travel advice

In October we go to Central&East Java, then for about 12 days or so to Bali.
We have those places in mind to visit, each 4 nights: Candidasa (Alila Mangis), Ubud (Ulun Ubud or Pertiwi) and Sanur (Puri Santrian). We want to explore the island mostly on our own, by bike/foot, and we don't like the mass tourism much.

Is this a good choice or should we take other places?
