Ditto on hiring an outrigger canoe to White Sands Beach. The trip there is just beautiful.Look back to the palm shrouded shore of Candi Dasa with Mt Agung in the background, and pass beautiful black sand beaches along the way. White Beach has virtually no other tourists, but is lined with fishing boats and palm trees. The snorkeling is great, and if the waves are not too big, great for swimming in the surf. Take a few rupiahs(5000) to pay for the fisherman who will "help" you land your canoe on the beach. The only hawker there may be a very old kind man selling a few seashells.
