in september, with air paradise, took us three hours to drive to melb aiport for a flight departing at 11am i think, for some reason it wasnt displayed on the departures board, couldnt find the AP check in area AT ALL, finally had to ask a security guard where we might find the flight info, he said if it aint on the board, you aint goin!!! PANIC, finally after a phone call on my mobile to AP, he told us where the check in counters were, to cut a long story short, we spent 14 hours or so, holed up in a dingy but friendly hotel at melbourne airport, were given a voucher to say we could have a free nights accommodation and change of flight on return, IF, we organised on arrival at denpasar airport, well we got in at 4am, WHO was gonna help us......lol. We werent that stressed, but if I'd had my 2 year old with me, I wouldve died of stress!!!!
