we are a family of 5 and have made several trips to beautiful bali and as a general rule 100.00 dollars a day, as a lot of people on this forum have stated seems to be plenty.
Obviously depends on your tastes as far as restuarants are concerned as well as amount of trips around and shopping you do but we think that's plenty.
I've had friends who do a lot of activities such as jetskiing,rafting etc that suck up the dough so budget for a bit more if you have that sort of thing in mind on a regular basis.
