Long time reader, occasional poster. I am in the process of booking our holiday, 11 nights in october from sydney. I finally got flights which are on hold, but having difficulty in getting accomodation.
I know the archives are full of opinions but its a case of information overload at the moment.
So far niksoma, kumala and melasti beach all out. (std rooms avail. at melasti)
We want to stay in legian/kuta.. we are *trying* the puri raja but don't hold high hope.
So, can anyone suggest another? We just want a really nice pool area hopefully pool bar and an ok room, and budget wise the niksoma or below is about it. Anyone got a good recommendation on jalan pantai in kuta? Hoping someone who has been over there recently.
