If you start at Jl Melasti, walk towards Jl Padma. Melasti markets are on your right hand side. Just behind the markets, there is a laneway, walk down the laneway and the Ketut's shops are last, numbers 14 and 9. They are lovely ladies and really helpful, and I have even bought dresses and had them taken up, no charge (must have paid enough). They are fixed price and worth not going thru the hassle of bargaining over prices. They hand you a water as soon as you start to look around. Thats an extra nice touch too.
So in summing up, opposite side to Indo National, but very close to Jl Melasti end.
