Getting to Tootsie's was quite a mission and the aggression shown when we made it clear we did not want to shop anywhere else was quite rude. My daughter felt sorry for one lady and had every intention of giving her 50,000Rp when we left the market. The lady let loose with something that was obviously an insult and as a result did not get the 50,000.
The sleazy element you will get anywhere in the world. As much as I detest them, a stern look usually gave them the message.
