T-storm? Its the dry season here

What the hell is a T-storm, Ive never heard of one. Bali at the moment is dry season and there is no chance there will be rain all day, you might be unlucky and have a shower or two. At the momnet I'm looking out my window and there's not a cloud in the sky.
