..exactly where we were coming from when we decided on Bali as a holiday destination for the boys. My boys all have pretty big hearts, but I needed for them to SEE Bali and the Balinese and I needed to know that they understood how different their own life was from the Balinese. And not just to understand, but to show humility and generosity and compassion for individuals they didn't even know. And they did, like I knew they would, and it truly warmed my heart and made me proud :)
