of those type of medications unless you absolutely have to travel. Of bitter experience I can tell you that you can make yourself extremely ill. I almost ended up in hospital. What I CAN recommend wholeheartedly is charcoal tablets, either as 'Norrit' in a little yellow tube, costing about 7,000 rps or getting them at home for a whole lot more. I was ill a couple of times, took the charcoal, and was fine after. It literally works like magic. I was able to recommend them to another couple on the forum, and it helped them knock the dreaded BB on the head, and it also helped a young boy, who was very poorly. I wont travel anywhere without them, and now I've learned to keep a couple in my bumbag!
