We flew out of Brisbane to Bali at 8.30am as a surprise for my husbands 60th and we didn't think it was worth the extra money. Going over the food was not so good. Coming home after tea was served which was a dry curry we got no service, no morning drink or snack as the menu said. Lights came on and we were advised we where landing in 20 mins. Have sent a complaint to Garadu on this matter plus our transfers and have had a letter back straight away from the Brisbane office but still waiting for a reply from their head office. In my dreams. Next trip we will be going via another country. The upside of Business Class is more leg room and the extra weight.
