we dressed in our own formal gear
we did not receive a written invite.
We took heaps of photos but asked good friends there and made it understood we did not want to offend.
We bought a sarong from klunkung, was expensive as any wedding gift usually is.
I was told western gifts are acceptable but the woven sarong was the couples desire.
Weddings take a long time and are very informal, people sit around reading the paper and stuff.
Get someone to explain to you what is happening.
