The prices should be coming down due to....
1) The price of media(ie the blank DVD's) has dropped drasticlly in the last six months, and keeps dropping.
2) The price of the DVD burners has also plummeted, after the introduction of DL (Double Layered) burners to the retail market.
3) With the introduction of DL burners, the quality of pirated DVD's will improve so they are probally trying to off load their Single layered DVD's before they are stuck with them.
