While it may be not so easy.. but i have done it .. is to just refuse.. and say tough i have a booking and you can move someone else as we are not going... and be quite defiant... they will in most cases be able to find you a room... they are overbooking and hoping that some wont turn up!! and when they do no room... be strong and tell em... there are not to many Hotels of the standard of the Padma around the Legain area and so close to the Beach...
