My sugguestion is to Email them to confirm your room and number because they would have the paper work from the wholesaler now and let them you know, what has happened to your friends, and make sure they reply and keep both copies if there is a drama, and do not accept a downgrade to another hotel, there is always the presidential suite!!!!
