Totally agree with all your comments regarding the restaurants. Also found Indo National to be below average.
That taxi driver must have been over the moon. We tipped a great taxi driver 50,000rp one day and he wouldn't let go of our hands. To think it was only $7 to us. This wonderful man was over the moon, so your guy must have been beaming.
Hope everything is okay with you after being bitten by the monkey. Geez, we sure were lucky with them as we had no problems. Show's how unpredictable they can be.
