Hey Josh,
I am sure you will all have a great time, if you just search the web or talk to a travel agent i am sure they will offer some great tours. There are volcano tours, monkey forests, waterbom park i think you would all have fun at, try a cruise maybe (bali hai reef one).. even speak to the people over there they are the best for advice.
