I was 37 when I bungi jumped (in Bali - Bali Bungi Co., Kuta / Legian)
Then skydived at 40, 41 and 42 (Skydive City - Barwon Heads, Vic)
Some think going to any monket forest in Bali is a dangerous thing
to do, so you should add this to your list - I have tempted fate
3 times at 3 different monkey forests.
So, do the monkeys, do a bungi, and if you really want to live
on the edge in Bali, drink water from a tap.
