for both he & your plan. I agree better to get the license & make him work for it, or else he will have his hand out to you & other tourists.
We also have opened a seperate account & sent pin & card to our in laws incase of any emergencies, we deposit a small amount each week, if they need it they use it, but if not it goes into our Bali account & we have extra spending monies when we return & they will start to use some when we build on our land. It is the easiest way to get it to them & quickest!
I applaud you for your efforts & hope he appreciates them...
