Mail and Calling Card Questions

Hey everyone! My name is Mike and I live in the US. First post on the forum, but I have visited several times to learn about Bali since I hope to be traveling to the incredible place in the future!

Just have a couple quick questions...

My girlfriend will be traveling to Bali in about a month I'd like to send her something at the hotel she will be staying at. Provided the address I get is right... how good is Bali's postal service? :) Should she get the mail?

Only other question, I'd like to send her off with a calling card so she can call home. Any one know of a good one that would allow her to call from Bali to the US?
