Since you have done your "homeworks,", you obviously do not need me to recommend Borobudur or Prambanan. Allow me to bring to your attention the Javanese dances, at 10:00 a.m. (free), at the Kraton, every Sunday, performed by the Kraton's dance group. This is top. They will probably perform a "bedoyo".
Also a drive in the countryside, including Parangtritis (but not on Sundays! It's a mob). Don't forget Solo, Sangiran and Sukuh.
Finally, on the third Saturday of each month, there is the wayang kulit, sponsored by Radio Republik Indonesia (RRI), Jl. Gajayana
08.00 pm - 12.00 pm. Not to be missed for the experience.
